I don’t know the exact origin of this minimalist piece, but it is likely from the 1960s and represents a classic mid-century modern pendant lamp with a distinct space-age character.
It is a beautiful example of minimalist Scandinavian design that will become a focal point in any modern, vintage, Japanese, or retro interior.
This atomic-style lamp still feels elegant today and is in good working condition with only minor signs of age. It has been completely rewired and is ready for use. Its special value lies in the fact that all original components have been preserved.
The glass shade is made of hand-blown frosted milk glass in a beautiful organic form. The surface has a unique, silky matte white finish that gives the lamp a soft and refined glow when lit.
The lamp uses a standard E27/E26 bulb socket.
