Original abstract wall decor from 1985 with the signature of author Bravničar. The motif abstractly and modernly depicts the urban view - a metropolis with skyscrapers. Maybe New York, Chicago? You could say that the motif resembles Gothic style.
This unique architecture wall art is painted with oil or spray paint on cardboard covered with glass and framed with wood.
About the author (from Wikipedia): Veljko Bravničar, Slovenian painter, born in 1954.
He started painting in the late seventies, but after 2005 he gave up on this profession. He created commercial works, so he chose likeable motifs, still lives and landscapes. He used techniques that allow for dazzling effects. His works are mainly small to medium-sized formats, mostly painted with spray paint - enamels on smooth, plasticized backgrounds, less often in the oil on canvas technique. The works are signed only with the surname BRAVNIČAR or Bravnicar, always without name or initials and mostly with the year of creation.
