This elegant one-of-a-kind table lamp is a carefully restored and thoughtfully redesigned piece inspired by the timeless simplicity of the Art Deco era. Rather than reproducing the past, I gave a forgotten vintage wooden base a completely new purpose while preserving its beautiful craftsmanship.

The only original part I found at a local flea market was the beautifully turned solid wood base. It immediately reminded me of classic Art Deco proportions, so I decided to build an entirely new lamp around it.

The wood has been lightly sanded to preserve its natural character and finished with natural oil, enhancing the rich grain while protecting the surface. I paired it with a brand-new brushed brass gallery holder and a stunning vintage white opaline glass shade in a clean, minimalist Art Deco form. The combination of warm wood, satin brass, and soft white glass creates an elegant piece that fits beautifully into Art Deco, Mid-Century Modern, Japandi, Scandinavian, or contemporary interiors.

All electrical components are completely new, including the socket, switch, plug, wiring, and cord, making the lamp ready for many more decades of everyday use.

The opaline glass diffuses a wonderfully soft, warm light, making this lamp perfect for a bedside table, living room, reading corner, hallway, or office.
