Vintage Tulip Mid-Century Mechanical Wall Clock – 1950s/60s – Wooden Case & Aluminum Details - Wall Decor

A beautiful and unusual vintage mechanical wall clock from the Mid-Century era, featuring a warm wooden case, elegant gold decorative lines and distinctive textured aluminum hour markers and hands.

The clock is marked “Tulip” on the front and has a wonderfully characteristic 1950s/1960s design. The combination of natural wood, gold details and cream-colored textured aluminum gives this piece a sophisticated Atomic Age / Mid-Century Modern character.

The twelve hour markers and the hands are made of aluminum and feature an unusual embossed, pebble-like texture. The two concentric golden circles create a clean geometric composition around the dial.

The clock has a traditional mechanical movement housed on the back. The clock is currently not working because the original winding key is missing. It is therefore being sold as a decorative vintage clock / collector's piece and would be suitable for restoration by a clock specialist. Please consider this when purchasing.
